"I was born in Belgium, I live in France, but my roots run deep in Africa.

I’ve had the chance to visit the Central African Republic several times, where my parents shared stories of their childhood. The flavors, the scents, the gestures, and the culinary traditions they passed down shaped my travels and fueled my passion for this heritage, which I now wish to share.

This is where Mäbê Commodity was born.

“Mäbê” means “faith” in Sango, the national language of the Central African Republic. And this faith guides everything we do:
